Homeflip.ai was built by a real estate investor, not a software company.
I'm Gary Bailey. I've been a full-time real estate investor for over 20 years and have been directly involved in more than 2,000 real estate transactions. Over that time, I learned a simple truth:
Most investors don't struggle because they don't understand real estate. They struggle because they can't find deals consistently.
I've coached and worked with hundreds of investors: brand new investors, people getting back into the game, and experienced investors who felt stuck. Across all of them, the bottleneck was always the same: unreliable deal flow.
Meanwhile, in my own business, we were solving that problem a different way.
Why Probate Became the Foundation
